Intertech Flooring Named Top Flooring Contractor

(April 28, 2008 – AUSTIN, Texas) - Commercial flooring and LEED flooring specialist Intertech Flooring has been named one of the top commercial flooring contractors nationwide by two major flooring manufacturers.

Haworth Inc. awarded Intertech its Top Flooring Contractor award April 15. Intertech is one of only three companies worldwide, and the only one in Texas, to receive the award. Haworth produces sustainable workplace design solutions including its raised access flooring lines, TecCrete and TecBase.

In addition, for the third consecutive year, Tarkett presented Intertech this month with the Tarkett Top Performer Award. The award recognizes Intertech as the top Tarkett dealer among flooring companies in the StarNet flooring cooperative, throughout the U.S. and Canada. Tarkett is the world’s leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly resilient flooring.
