Intertech Flooring Ranked Among Top Flooring Companies in the U.S.

(August 8, 2006- AUSTIN, TEXAS):Full-service commercial flooring company Intertech Flooring recently was named one of the top commercial flooring companies nationwide by two national firms.

In July, Tarkett Flooring selected Intertech Flooring as one of only ten recipients nationwide to receive a Tarkett Top Performance Award. In their inaugural year, the awards recognize outstanding achievement as it relates to Tarkett sales, product mix and incremental growth with commercial products. Top Performance Award recipients must demonstrate quality, commercial knowledge and expertise, and professionalism.

Also this summer, Floor Covering Weekly ranked Intertech Flooring 18th in its Top 25 Contractors nationwide survey. Intertech was the only Central Texas firm to make the Top 25 list, and one of only two Texas companies. The ranking was based on Intertech’s total sales volume of $20 million in 2005 and 30 percent growth over 2004 figures.
