Intertech Flooring Names Jim Moody Design Rep
for Austin and San Antonio

(December 16, 2003 - AUSTIN, TEXAS): Commercial flooring company Intertech Flooring has promoted Jim Moody to design consultant for the Austin architectural and design markets. Moody will continue to represent Intertech to the San Antonio architectural and design communities as well.

Moody replaces Design Consultant Kelley Sandidge, who is leaving Intertech at year-end to focus on personal business interests.

Moody joined the Intertech Flooring team in 2002, following 19 years in the wall covering industry where he assisted clients with product selection and installation consultation.

"Kelley has built a great following for Intertech among Austin interior designers and architects, and we are delighted to have someone of Jim's experience to continue to build those relationships," said Intertech Flooring CEO Bill Imhoff. "Jim has done an outstanding job in the past year of helping to make Intertech the flooring contractor of choice among San Antonio architects and designers. His extensive industry background, coupled with his attention to each client's unique needs, have made him a valuable addition to our team and for our clients."

Moody is a former board member of the International Interior Design (IIDA) Texas chapter and a former board member of the IIDA San Antonio City Center. This year, he co-chaired the IIDA-San Antonio "Imagine That" fundraiser. In addition, he is a member of the Texas Association of Interior Design and an associate member of Painting and Decorating Contractors of America, for which he currently is treasurer of the Austin chapter.
