(September 29, 2003 - AUSTIN, Texas): For the second year in a row, commercial flooring company Intertech Flooring has been selected as a finalist for the Samaritan Center Ethics in Business Awards.

The selection recognizes Intertech Flooring for its commitment to developing and practicing the highest ethical standards in its policies, programs and actions. The company is one of only six businesses chosen as finalists, from a field of more than 60 nominees.

The Ethics in Business Awards are sponsored by the Samaritan Center for Counseling and Pastoral Care and St. Edward’s University, both based in Austin, TX. Finalists were chosen this month following an extensive selection process involving conducting background checks on nominees, and reviewing financial profiles, possible discrimination claims and philanthropic giving policies.
