Intertech – Proud Supporter of WorkSource
 Intertech’s commitment to workforce education goes far beyond
training our own employees. We believe educational initiatives
that ensure an ongoing source of qualified workers are critical to
the health of our business community and the quality of life for
all citizens. We’ve long been active in WorkSource – the
Greater Austin Area Workforce
Board – as a board member and
supporter.
WorkSource’s network of partners and providers offers a wide
range of no- and low-cost employment solutions for employers and
individuals including recruitment services, job search assistance,
training, child care and educational initiatives.
Intertech President Bill Imhoff currently serves as chairman of
WorkSource’s
27-member board of directors representing business, economic development,
education, labor, community organizations, and the public sector.
The board is one of 28 workforce boards established by the Texas
Legislature in 1995. Imhoff is currently serving his second term as chairman of the board’s Executive Committee. He plays a key leadership role
in setting policy and directing a $35 million annual budget for workforce
programs in the Austin area.
